The Second Seal, the Second Horseman

The Third Seal, the Third Horseman
The third seal of Revelation (Rev 6.5-6) reveals a black horse whose rider holds a pair of scales, symbolizing famine and rationing. After conquest and war, scarcity strikes humanity.
